My name's Matt, but for my music work I go by VividPhase. For years, I built a career in the IT industry, troubleshooting complex technical issues, helping clients and businesses keep their data flowing, and optimizing their services. Technology has always been second nature to me, but beyond the servers, networks, software, and support calls, I had another passion: Music!

What started as a hobby quickly turned into an obsession. In my free time, I immersed myself in production, mixing, mastering, and audio editing...reading all the engineering books, competing in mixing competitions, and striving to refine my craft. I didn’t just experiment on my own—I sought out some of the best minds in the industry, Luca Pretolesi, Bob Horn, Eric Valentine, and Nicholas Di Lorenzo became my virtual mentors as I've leveraged their trainings and adopted many of their techniques which make professional mixes and masters stand out.

I specialize in mixing, mastering, and audio editing, providing artists with the clarity, depth, and polish their creations deserve. My Business Management degree helps me provide clients with professional high-quality services and a streamlined workflow, and my background in IT gives me another edge: I approach sound engineering with both a creative and technical mindset, ensuring every track is optimized not just for artistic expression but also for competing on current platforms and aligning with professional industry standards.
